Al is a project manager providing expertise in environmental planning related to property development, ecological assessments, and water quality monitoring. He has more than 20 years of experience as an environmental consultant working on behalf of public and private sector clients for small work programs and as a member of multi-disciplinary teams on large multi-million dollar projects. Al specializes in aquatic ecology assessments related to fish habitat, lake capacity modeling, benthic invertebrate monitoring, and assimilative capacity assessments. He is regularly involved in supervising field crews, authoring reports, and presenting findings to municipal councils and provincial/federal agencies. Al has been qualified by and given evidence at the Ontario Municipal Board on several occasions.
